Message From The President

As President of the South Mornington Junior Football Club, I take great pride in knowing that I am part of the Junior football club with arguably the best culture in the MPJFL.

Our kids come first always, and we strive to provide a safe, enjoyable and educative environment for all of our footballers at all age groups. We are always striving to improve ourselves whether it be via better facilities, improved training equipment and standards.

We ask our coaches to be mentors, educators and safety conscious at all times and as a result our kids respond with a great work ethic at training and a fantastic sense of team on match days.

Our local community is at the forefront of our executive committee and we are always looking for ways to get involved whether it be with local schools, our RSL, Anzac Day celebrations and promoting local business. Our motto is “Our Club, Our Pride, Our Passion” and it sums up exactly what we represent and portray to our kids and their families.

At South Mornington we promote social activity and like to hold as many social events as possible, so we can continue to foster a fun, family friendly football club and look to reinvest all club earnings back into constant improvement of our great Football Club.
