Please find attached our Finals Week 1 edition of Tiger Tails.

It was a brilliant opening weekend of finals, with beautiful sunshine, a great atmosphere and seven Tigers teams giving everything across the qualifying and elimination finals.

Congratulations to U11 Black and U12 Yellow, who won their qualifying finals and are now straight through to their Grand Finals. U12 Black, U14 Girls and U15 will be back in action this Sunday, each just one win away from joining them on Grand Final Day.

Unfortunately, the seasons of U11 Tigers and U12 Girls came to an end. Both teams should be incredibly proud of their years, with U11 Tigers reaching finals in their first season of competitive footy and U12 Girls producing an amazing late-season run to make the top four.

Inside this week’s edition, you’ll also find our finals results, milestone celebrations, season farewells and recognition for our Winey Cow Volunteer of the Week, Luke Snell, who secured a fantastic $20,000 Telstra Footy Grant for new nets behind the goals on the bottom oval.

We would love to see plenty of Tigers families get out this Sunday and support our three Preliminary Final teams. Bring the black and yellow, make some noise and help them get over the line.
